Sable + Roan was crafted by women in the field, for women in the field. Our mission is to create a space, a supportive community, exclusively for women. In a male driven industry, it can be intimidating for a novice female hunter or
even someone who is more experienced, to initiate booking hunts with outfitters and/or navigating the field. Within S+R, we hope to empower women and give the tools to build confidence within themselves to be able to navigate the industry
and the field, whether in states or overseas, independently.
What sets S+R apart is that we are creating a continuous and devoted community for women to find themselves among like minded gals; creating friendships and long lasting bonds over adventures that turn into core memories. We are the women of the next generation; the mothers and the future. We believe that it is bold for a woman to encompass the skills to be able to carry herself confidently within her home and the world , to contribute and teach the next generation the importance and the ways of hunting and conservation.
A note to the men...
Please don't feel left out of the fun! Our company values the importance of women within the field and although we may profoundly cater to ladies hunt packages... our packages can be tailored for your needs and dream hunts, too! So wives, if you're more comfortable traveling with your partner or want your spouse to hunt along side you, rest assured. We've got the guys covered too, with or without gals.

Welcome to my passion! My dream come true. I'm Mackensie Bannister, owner and founder of S+R. I've spent my life hunting alongside my dad, aunts, uncles, and cousins. It was a hobby that became a passion, that led me to my husband, and now completely consumes my life. I wouldn't have it any other way. This space is so important to me. I want you to feel comfortable, supported, and safe - especially when you're embarking on your dream hunt(s). I'm so excited to create this environment for all of us like minded ladies to bond and grow together within the hunting and wildlife industry! I'm here to give you the tools and to help you independently navigate this industry and the field, with confidence. I sincerely hope that we can adventure together soon!
